ICORE-3576Q38 SoM – 38 mm RK3576 Module for Embedded and Industrial Systems

The ICORE-3576Q38 is a compact system-on-module (SoM) based on the Rockchip RK3576 processor. With a 38 mm × 38 mm footprint, it is intended for embedded and industrial designs where board space is limited but multi-core CPU performance, AI acceleration, and multimedia support are required.

The product family includes three variants: ICORE-3576Q38 (commercial grade) and ICORE-3576JQ38 / ICORE-3576MQ38 (industrial grade). All variants share the same form factor, pinout, and I/O capabilities. Differences are limited to CPU operating frequency and supported temperature range, allowing reuse of the same carrier board across commercial and industrial deployments.

Processor and AI Engine

The commercial ICORE-3576Q38 uses an octa-core Arm CPU composed of four Cortex-A72 cores and four Cortex-A53 cores, with a maximum frequency of 2.2 GHz.
For the industrial versions, CPU frequency is limited to 1.6 GHz to improve stability under extended temperature conditions.

An integrated neural processing unit (NPU) provides up to 6 TOPS of inference performance for local AI workloads. The NPU supports multiple integer and floating-point data formats and can operate either independently or in cooperative modes with the CPU.
